On Sunday, the top drivers at NASCAR step into their vehicles at the North Wilkesboro Speedway for the annual NASCAR All-Star Race. Joe Gibbs driver Denny Hamlin is the +550 chalk followed by second choice William Byron. Byron’s Hendrick Motorsports teammate Kyle Larson won the 2023 event. Will Byron, Larson, or Hamlin come up huge on Sunday?

Top Choice to Win the 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race
After a thirty-third and twenty-third at Dover and Kansas, William Byron bounced back in the last race at Darlington to finish sixth. Now back on the right track, Byron should perform exceptionally well.
Before the thirty-third and twenty-third, William had won 2 races, finished seventh twice, and finished third in the previous 5 races. There’s a chance Byron is cycling back to his best form. If that’s the case, he could easily grab the checkered flag at Sunday’s all-star race.
Second Choice to Win the 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race
The defending all-star champ suffered an accident at Darlington, which explains the thirty-fourth place finish. Kyle Larson excels in these all-star events, though, which makes him a solid play to win at +900.
The reason we make him our second choice is that Byron took the leap forward after two bad races. Larson and his crew may require a race or two on the regular schedule to get back to their best. So backing him to beat his teammate may not be a smart choice.
Third Choice to Win the 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race
Chris Elliott is the third Hendrick driver on our list. Chase has had a nice bounce back season after the dreadful injury and suspension plagued 2023.
So far in 2024, Chase has won at Texas, finished third twice, and finished fifth twice. For sure, like everyone on this list, Elliott can win the all-star race. He may not go all out the way Byron and Larson are likely to go, which is the reason he’s third on our list but there’s no argument if you like Elliott to win.
Top Underdog to Win the 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race
Brad Keselowski said that he felt he and his crew were on the verge of a victory. It all came together at Darlington last Sunday when Keselowski took the checkered flag.
Often when a NASCAR crew and driver get going, they continue to flourish, which could be the case on Sunday. Keselowski is feeling good about where the crew, and where they are at this time in the season. Give the +1400 dog a chance if you don’t like the odds on the favorites.
