The promotion runs from May 8th (14:00 ET) and May 22nd (11:59 ET).

The promotion applies to customers who accomplish a minimum of 5 mBTC in deposits between May 8th (14:00 ET) and May 22nd (11:59 ET). Deposits can be made in a single transaction or multiple transactions during the promotion period.

Players that qualify will receive an email notification on Thursday, May 23rd, 14:00 ET. This notification will be a green light for customers to start making their picks.

Free contest winners are required to make a minimum deposit of 1 mBTC and fulfill a 3x rollover requirement in sports action in order to withdraw their winnings. (Casino and Poker are excluded).

All prizes won from FREE contests are subject to a 20x rollover* requirement in sports action before withdrawals can be made. (Casino and Poker are excluded).

Prizes for both BUY-IN and FREE contest winners will be distributed within 5-7 days after the winners are announced, following a final verification of all entries, picks, and other contest details.

Bracket Integrity:

• The sportsbook reserves the right to adjust rules or outcomes in exceptional circumstances to maintain fairness and integrity.
• Participants are encouraged to stay updated on tournament news and official announcements to ensure accurate bracket selections.

1st Round Qualification Process:

• Matches will be set up once the official bracket is posted.
• Participants are encouraged to buy in and make their selections; however, they should wait for the official bracket before making picks.

Player Retirements:

• If a player withdraws before the match begins, they are replaced by the Lucky Loser backup player, and the match proceeds as scheduled. If no Lucky Loser player is available, the opposing player advances to the next round by default.
• If the player you selected retires before the match begins, the replacement player will be automatically selected as your default choice.
• If a player withdraws during a match, regardless of the match progress, the remaining player will be declared the winner and advances to the next round.

Grading of Matches:

• If a player retires during a match, even if the first set is incomplete, the advancing player is graded as the winner.
• If a player retires before the match begins, they are substituted by the Lucky Loser backup player, and the match proceeds as originally scheduled. Should a Lucky Loser player not be available, the opposing player advances to the next round automatically.

Tiebreaker Rule:

• In the event of a tie between participants at the conclusion of the bracket, the tiebreaker will be determined by predicting the total games for the championship match.
• Participants must submit their tiebreaker prediction along with their bracket entry.
• The tiebreaker score will be calculated by adding the total number of games played by both players in the championship match. For example:
  • Scenario 1: If the final match ends up with scores 6-4, 6-3, 6-4 (total of 29 games), the tiebreaker score would be 29 games in total.
  • Scenario 2: If the final match ends up with scores 6-4, 3-6, 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 (total of 46 games), the tiebreaker score would be 46 games in total.
• The closest prediction to the actual combined games score will be declared the winner in the tiebreaker. The tiebreaker winner will be awarded the higher rank in the bracket standings.
